 Price list and offerings

     We only offer one line of service, being providing you with great bartending services! Pricing below is starts at 4 hours of minimum time onsite. Keep in mind that 90 minutes of the time are for setup of the bar, and 60 minutes for teardown and cleanup.  This would mean that a 4 hour package provides for an hour and a half of bartending time and includes all setup and teardown.  

     You can then add additional hours, bartenders, and options if needed to match what you need for your event. Gratuities are no included in the pricing below. In general, 18%-20% is considered an appropriate gratutity for good bartending services at a private event.

      Below are the options that we offer: 

Full Bartending

1 bartender, mixed drinks, beer and wine being served. Up to 75 guests.

"Lite" Bartending

1 bartender, beer and wine only being served. Up to 75 guests.

Concierge Services

Add on options and conveniences should you need a little extra help putting your event together. 

Full accessories ............................$5.00 per guest

Includes ice, bar garnish, cocktail napkins, water pitchers at bar, and basic mixers which include Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Or-ange Juice, Cranberry Juice, Pineapple Juice, Roses Lime Juice, soda, Seltzer, tonic , lemons, limes, olives and cherries.

 

Plastic Cups and bar napkins.........$1.00 per guest

This would include plastic wine glasses, plastic cocktail glasses and beer cups. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

What We Bring: 

Bar tools such as shakers, jiggers, muddlers, condiment bins, accessory caddies, sipper straws, garnish picks, bottle openers, wine openers, bar towles, and any other bar tools deemed necessary.

 

What the Customer is Responsible for: 

All garnish items (lemons, limes, cherrys, olives), mixers (soft drinks, lime juice, grenadine, fruit juices, seltzer waters, bar napkins and glasses. And of course the liquor, beer wine and soft drinks. We can handle some of these items should you choose one of concierge options listed above. However, due to state liquor laws we are not allowed under any circumstances to purchase any type of alcohol for your event.  Additionally, any banquet permits required would be the responsiblity of the client.
